If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it — no questions asked. This includes:

• Candles damaged in transit (cracked vessel, broken lid, spilled wax)
• Items that arrive with a manufacturing defect
• Wrong item shipped

Because each candle is made to order by hand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to read each fragrance description carefully before purchasing — and reach out if you have any questions before you order.

3. 3We'll review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, your replacement ships at no additional cost.

We want your candle to arrive safely and on time. Here's what to expect:

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days once your order ships.

Weekend orders

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

US national holidays

We do not ship on US national holidays. Orders placed on or around a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Peak holiday seasons

During high-demand periods like Mother's Day and Christmas, please allow additional time for processing and delivery. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Sales tax

Sales tax is estimated at the time of purchase and automatically calculated based on your shipping address.
